version 0.2.7 'maqbara'

This version adds a long-requested feature - the hall of fame / graveyard. Clickable from the start screen. Now, when you play, your top 4 characters will be saved. They can be viewed in the graveyard, with their items, powers, and cause of death

Added some text into hit-generating powers, to explain what it is - a hit disconnected from an attack, that bypasses defense and triggers on-hit effects
