version 0.2.0 "martial prowess"

This update adds a bunch of powers and reworks some others, with the goal of creating stronger mixed-attribute builds.

• Focus now deals damage to an adjacent on-step, damage scales on all stats multiplied together
• Alacrity changed to "Blademaster" - it now adds an extra attack if your weapon does Slash damage
• Fire healing now heals 2
• Immolation now also adds flat 10 damage, along with 10%
• Shamshar cost reduced, damage is now STR * WIL, removed requirement for HIT bonus
• Skera cost reduced, damage is now DEX * WIL, removed requirement for ACC bonus, removed Speed bonus
• Poison Skin now heals 2, grants 20 Armor per level
• Changed Astromancy icon
• Innervation now adds minimum WIL bonus to minions (if the % is very low, like on a vinespawn or phantasm)
• Warrior of the Mind now deals STR * WIL damage, grants flat 15 armor * level, no longer grants ACC
• Psychomorphs now have 2 range
• Piercing Vines now deals Blood damage (forgot to change name, lol)
• Invigoration now adds minimum WIL bonus (like Innervation)
• All "sigil" weapons now add flat 25 damage, along with 25% increase
• Added Assassin, deals high DEX-based pierce damage on attack and grants you Evasion
• Added Rampage, heals you based on STR when you take high damage and retaliates with STR * Speed
• Added Pyromancy, deals fire damage in an area when you pray, and lets you apply Scorch whenever you deal an instance of 100 or more fire damage (possible infinite scorch build?)
• Added Astrohunting (old Astromancy icon), lets you teleport to a nearby enemy when you stand still, and deal Astral damage in an area equal to DEX * WIL
• Added Psiblade, deals DEX * WIL psychic and slash damage with bare fist attacks
• Added Vinakinesis, applies entangle on hit and deals blunt damage when you apply entangle
• Tone down Dorok's bonus armor / block, his passive is now rightfully described as doing nothing, 3rd prayer now only targets one adjacent enemy
• Messed with how long it takes for holding down tab / space to activate - no longer based on framerate, so any future changes should be consistent
